Mark Shaneck - President, Principal
Mark founded E&S Technologies in 1986 with Rick Engler after establishing himself as a leader in the instrumentation industry as a manufacturer’s representative. Mark developed his business sense through his Education in Business from Northeastern University and by assisting in the growth of his family’s business prior to his career in the instrumentation industry.
Over the years, under Mark’s leadership, E&S Technologies has grown from a small two person operation to a Company with a large staff. Mark led this expansion through internal growth and by acquiring two companies that enhanced E&S’s product offerings. During this period, E&S grew from a New England based organization to a company that offers products throughout the globe.
Mark is a family man with a wife and two daughters. And enjoys the Boston Red Sox, hiking, golf and sailing.
Richard Engler - Vice President, Principal
Rick, along with Mark Shaneck, founded E&S technologies in 1986 and has grown the company to be one of the most successful and respected distributors of semi-conductor and biopharmaceutical high purity products on the east coast.
Rick began his business career with UPS, graduating from its management program and transitioned into sales with Minuteman Controls in 1980. He developed a strong background in the semiconductor industry which enabled him to form E&S Technologies with solid credentials as a leader in the high purity products industry.
He graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia where he earned a degree in Business Management. Rick makes his home in Londonderry, NH where he lives with his wife and two children.
Don Goduti - Chief Financial Officer
Don brings a sound financial planning and operations management background to E&S Technologies and is responsible financial management and day to day operations of the company.
Don started his career with General Electric and is a graduate of the GE's financial management program. Prior to coming to E&S Technologies, Inc., Don worked for Digital Equipment Corporation for 15 years in various domestic and international financial and operational positions.
Don is a graduate of Bentley College where he earned his B.S. in Accounting and Finance.
Don and his wife Paula live in Londonderry, NH and have seven children.
